Refund & Cancellation Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 20th, 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to league dues, event registrations, tournament fees, and other payments made to Sonoma County Pride Bowling (SCPB).

LEAGUE DUES

SCPB league dues are generally non-refundable, as they are used to secure lanes, equipment, and operational costs for the season. Exceptions may be considered in limited circumstances at the discretion of the SCPB Board of Directors or its designee.

EVENT & TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION

Refunds for events or tournaments may be available if a cancellation request is received prior to the published registration deadline.

After the registration deadline, refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if costs have already been incurred.

CANCELLATIONS BY SCPB

If an event, league session, or tournament is cancelled by SCPB, participants will receive a refund or credit, as determined by SCPB, unless otherwise stated at the time of registration.

NO-SHOWS AND PARTIAL PARTICIPATION

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend an event or league session

  • Partial participation

  • Scheduling conflicts or personal circumstances

TRANSFERS & SUBSTITUTIONS

In some cases, SCPB may allow registration transfers or substitutions with prior approval. Requests must be submitted in advance.

PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible and may take several business days to process.
